  • 01. What can I buy through your service?

    You can buy anything that exists in Korea like consumer electronics, clothes, shoes, accessories, textiles, cosmetics, dvd, cd, bikes, automobiles, K-pop goods, sports equipment, tools, toys, collectibles...from A to Z, whether it be new or used - through our service. Simply name it and we will find proper items at the lowest price, give quotations and buy for you. 
  • 02. How do I buy through your service?

    A. Buying general consumer goods

     

    Step 1. Click Buying Request, fill out Quote Reguest and submit.

    Step 2. We will find the item at the lowest price and give you the quotation under your request on the Buying Request board. The price in our quotation includes delivery cost, taxes and our commission, in both KRW and USD currencies.

    Step 3. If you require additional details or information, ask under 'Comment' in your request column on the Buying Request board and our answer will follow accordingly.

    Step 4. Once you've made the final decision to buy, fill out the order form under the quotation, and click Buy Now, and select a payment method, and click Check Out which direct you to banking detail page or Paypal payment page accordingly.

    Step 5. Place the full payment amount in advance in our account (See What about payment option for payment methods). Please note that final order confirmation is done by full payment only.

    Step 6. We buy what you request and arrange delivery to your door.

     

    B. Importing from Korea

     

    Step 1. Click Buying Request, fill out Quote Reguest and submit.

    Step 2. We will find the item at the lowest price and give you the quotation under your request on the Buying Request board. The price will be quoted by FOB or CIF per your request and includes our commission.

    Step 3. If you require additional details or information, ask under 'Comment' in your request column on the Buying Request board and our answer will follow accordingly.

    Step 4. For an added fee, you can purchase samples in advance. .

    Step 5. Once you've made the final decision to buy, fill out the order form under the quotation, and click Buy Now, and select a payment method, and click Check Out which direct you to banking detail page or Paypal payment page accordingly.

    Step 6. Place the full payment amount in advance in our account (See What about payment option for payment methods).  Please note that final order confirmation is done upon full payment only. If your order is more than USD50,000 FOB, irrevocable and confirmed L/C will be acceptable for the payment.

    Step 7. We buy what you request, inspect and ship to your port.

     

    **We do not send you email if not that urgent.  All business transactions and communications are made

    in Buying Request in this website. 

  • 03. Is there a minimum order/price and maximun order/price?

    There is no minimum order/price, nor maximum order/price limited.
  • 04. What about payment option?

    You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal or international credit cards through PayPal.

    Irrevocable & confirmed L/C will be acceptable in case of order more than USD50,000.  Basically, prices are quoted on KRW.  Please note that we adopt floating exchange rate. It is by minus 80won from Korean selling rate of USD to cover the high transaction fee and sharp rate fluctuation.

  • 05. How much is your commission?

    10% of the total amount before the delivery cost for most orders.

    **Minimum commission is KRW20,000  for orders under KRW200,000.

     

    15% of the total amount before the delivery cost for miscellaneous orders requiring multiple product
    verifications.(For example, miscellaneous items such as clothing, accessories, shoes, etc. from
    gmarket.co.kr, auction.co.kr, 11st.co.kr, etc.)

    **Minimum commission is KRW30,000  for orders under KRW200,000.

     

    KRW20,000 per hour for off-line purchasing in addition to regular commission.

    KRW150,000 for concert venue purchasing in addition to regular commission.

     

    MInimum commission for concert ticketing is KRW30000.

     


     

  • 06. I am located outside of Korea. Can I buy?

    Of course, actually, most buyers of us are located outside of Korea.  you can buy according the same procedure described on Buying general consumer goods in FAQ 2.  Only you must consider international delivery cost, and customs duties and taxes in your country.
  • 07. How long will it take to receive my order?

    It varies according to various items and sellers, we will advise you detailed delivery time in our quotation per an order.  Usually it takes around 2-5 working days inside Korea, and 7-15 days overseas after we receive your order and payment.  Some items might take longer time if out of stock at order time.
  • 08. How do you deliver and how much does it cost?

    1. Delivery in Korea

    Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by local door to door service inside Korea.
    Generally, it's cost is not expensive.  Most sellers have long term contract with door to door service companies and can deliver, for example, 10kg package as low as KRW2500 all over Korea except some islands. 

     

    2. International Delivery

    We deliver usually by EMS if under 30kg. We just have to estimate the delivery cost roughly since we do not know the exact weight when we receive your order. We apply the discrepancy to your next order in case of discrepancy whether it be minus or plus. 

    **You can see the discrepany balance in your message box if there are discrepancy.

     

    We arrange delivery per your request/instruction for order over 30kg. If you have your own forwarder/courier, we will pass your goods over to your nominated forwarder/courier.

  • 09. What if some items of my order are out of stock?

    There are 3 options you can choose.

    1. We refund the balance to your paypal account just after shipping your order.
    **Please note that we have to apply buying rate of USD for refunding.
    2. You can order substitutes.
    3. We keep the balance for your next order.
    **You can see your balance in your message box.
  • 10. What about service and support?

    All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.  We will guide you how to request, or request for you if required.
  • 11. What is your return policy/procedure?

    Once the item(s) has been delivered to you, no return will be accepted unless you return the item(s) due to discrepancy or defective item(s). In case of discrepancy/defective item(s) is found, Please contact us immediately, no later than 3 working days after receiving the item(s), and report the problem in detail. We will guide you what to do after going through your claims. If you choose to return and have different delivery company other than the original delivery company, you will be responsible for paying return cost.  Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return.
    We will arrange replacement or refund according to your request within 3 working days after receiving your return.
  • 12. What about exchange policy?

    Exchange is available within 3 working days after you receive the item(s) ordered. However, you may pay for applicable exchange cost including round delivery cost unless you have received defective or discrepancy item(s).  Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for exchange.
  • 13. What about cancel policy?

    1. Your order will be canceled if your payment is not transmitted in our account within 3 working days

    after final quotation.
    2. Your order will be canceled if sellers can not sell goods due to out of stock or any other reasons.

    We will refund your payment immediately to your Paypal account per your request.

    3. You may cancel your order before your payment.

    4. You can not cancel your order after your payment.

     

     

  • 14. Will I be charged a customs fee?

    If you are located outside of Korea, duties and taxes may apply.
  • 15. What if my order gets lost or damaged during delivery?

    If there are any issues with a delivery, please contact us immediately at thebestbuykorea@gmail.com.  We will solve the problem the soonest possible.
  • 16. How do I contact you if I have a question?

    We are always happy to answer any question you may have and will do everything  possible to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order.   • 17. How do I delete my account?

    If you would like to have your account deleted, you can do it anytime clicking Delete My Account in My Account page.
